Courses: I teach Reiki I, II, ART & Master Level at our centre, Stronachie, in the tranquil Ochil hills. Groups are small, which means students get a lot of individual attention and there is plenty of time and space for questions, discussion and hands-on practice. I provide ongoing support and regular get-togethers for all my students.

Reiki Level I (called Shoden or Beginning Level) is a two-day course, which introduces you to the Usui system of healing. It includes an introduction to working with healing energy, the Reiki I attunements, guided meditations, the history of Reiki and Dr Usui's Reiki techniques, which were recently rediscovered and brought to the west. Both days include plenty of hands-on practical work and supervision and equip the students to work on themselves and others on completion of the course. On satisfactory completion of homework assignments, students receive a Level I certificate.
Reiki Level II (called Okuden or Inner Teaching) is a two-day course, which introduces you to the Usui Reiki symbols, including how to draw them, what they mean and how to use them. Students receive the Reiki II attunement and have lots of hands on practical work and supervised practice using the symbols, so that they know from experience what the energy of each symbol feels like. This includes learning how to send Distant Reiki. Students receive a Reiki Level II certificate on completion of homework.
Master Level (called Shinpiden or Mystery Teaching). This is split into two levels and can be taught separately or together. Masters is for those who feel drawn to make Reiki a much more fundamental part of their lives and who wish to share it with others. The training can be done one-to-one, or in small groups of 3-4 and can either be completed over 4 consecutive days (2 days each level) or over a more lengthy period of time, depending on students' needs and my discretion.
ART - Advanced Reiki Training Level or Master Practitioner Level where you learn the Master symbol, how to draw it, what it means and how to use it. Students receive the Master Practitioner attunement and do much more in-depth work with me, including hands-on work, meditation and visualisations.
Master Teacher Level Students receive the Master Teacher attunement and learn additional symbols, how to draw them, what they mean and how to use them. I demonstrate how to give Reiki attunements and students have plenty of time to learn and practice giving attunements themselves. Additional meditations, discussion etc, usually more tailored to each individual's needs, are included at this level.
